  • Need to bring my chest up on cycle

This is gonna sound desperate as hell, but here goes lol.....

I posted on here a while back that im 3 weeks into my first of sust 500/w cycle and just found out that im gonna be on a (free, so i cant turn it down) trip to the beach march 22. My problem is, a while back I had some great size going on with a cycle of m1t, and then when I came off I didnt do a very good job of pct (I know it was stupid and I learned from it) and lost all the size I gained on the cycle and a lot more. Basically I feel like a skinny ***** again, esp in my chest. My question is, If I continue this cycle of sust up to when i leave, and really bust my ass with heavy weight and goot diet and rest, will I be able to put on some good size between now and March 22??? I'm really motivated now because of this, and im giving 110% but I just want to know if you think its possible.

You should begin noticing the true effects of the sustanon in the coming weeks. I wouldn't expect drastic improvement in such a short time, but noticeable improvement is certainly attainable.

Your body is a system and grows as a system. But of course it's possible to bring up lagging body parts. Focus on a blend of heavy compound exercises (bench, incline, dips) in the 6-10 rep range coupled with a few sets of higher rep flyes---just my advice...

Oh and if you've been using primarily barbells on chest exercises you may want to switch over to dumbells. It can make a big difference and spark new growth. Change it up, don't become stagnant, eat right, and improvement is guaranteed.

I really need to bring op the lower part of my chest to get that "ledge" look under my pecs that I really want. would incline db presses be good for that?

incline movements put primary emphasis on the upper chest...

try some dumbell pullovers or dips, they both are great exercises for the lower chest...
