You'll lose a little bit of weight gain but its usually just water. My very first cycle i ran 600 enan and 600 deca with regular pct and was fine. Run the dbol like jsjs said, i still dont see anything wrong with running, 400 of eq with the test though.

i always tought that hcg was important, now some of u bro's tell me not to include it neither at swale's protocol or as pct.

i'll be surely supressed at 500 mg/wk and testicular athropy can settle in, so hcg is a must at my point of view...
if you think no hcg is needed in this cycle please comment your tought to belive this.

I also have anoter q. what should i use to keep my hair, i'm not prone to hair loss but i want to have everything in hand so no surprises arise!

HCG---it's up to you. You most likely would recover fine with either clomid or nolva post cycle. However, I know from here on out any cycle I do will include HCG---just to keep the ball volume close to normal. It's demoralizing---having your balls shrivel up into raisins. I think small doses throughout are the way to go (maybe the Sat/Sun approach).

As for hairloss, finasteride can help on test cycles. However, I wouldn't begin finasteride unless you plan on committing to it longterm (and since you've yet to experience hairloss I'd stay away at this point). As preventative measures, spironolactone and nizoral are what I'd start off with in your case. Minoxidil and finasteride should only be used if you plan on committing to them long term. The nizoral and spiro should help combat the excessive DHT.

Just wash with nizoral every other day or so (you may wanna leave it on a few minutes before rinsing it out). Try to use the spiro 2x per day if possible (I only use it at night as the smell is kinda, well...awful).

the ldex start from day one, time of day doesn't matter...

That's if it is taken ORALLY. You will have close to zero systematic absorption using it topically. You can use it during or after, it will not matter.
