Gear on hand: QV Test enanth
Nolva, liquid arim, clomid, hcg.

I have acces to qv oxandrolone should i include some?

planned cycle: 10 wks 500 test enanth p/week.

liquid arim (research kits) & hcg trough the cycle.

pct: nolva // clomid.

Now i have questions for u guys...
dossage of liquid arim... should i start it from shot one day?
dossage of hcg

.25 mg ed is what i use.i start around the 1 month mark just because the gear hasnt really started to effect the body although it can start much earlier in some who are very sensitive to gyno. 500 mg is a good moderate dose you should do well.

hcg 500iu ed for 10 days starting the day after your last inject.

i have never used var so i really cant help you with that.

how do i meassure liquid arim ?

what about the swale aproach on hcg? is it better to throw some hcg trough the cycle to keep the boys close ?

I would include something else bro. Either Dbol, Abombs, or the Var. If you don't use a tab, then include another injectable like deca or eq.

depends on the mg per ml of your armidex. check where you bought it it should say on the website.

just wait till the end to do the hcg you dont need to run hcg during unless you are running a real long cycle. with just test at 500mg you will come back fine after.

you should start arimidex day 1. the reason for this is because it is an anti-aromatise. if the steroid starts to convert into estrogen, arimidex wont do shit. you can start nolvadex at any time, but you should really take arimidex from day 1.

and RK's liquidex is 1mg/ml. so 1/4ml ed should do. you have 120 days worth, which will leave you with some extra.

Negative. The only need for another aas is if you want a jumpstart. In this case you could use 30 or 35mf dbol ed for the first 4 to 5 wks or 50mg drol. No need for deca or eq on your first cycle. This is why people start taking unnecessary doses so early. Keep it simple, you will grow. Start the ldex on day 1, not a month after. That is......if you want to keep down the bloat. Run .25mg ldex ed with 10mg nolv to help keep cholesterol levels straight.
