need info for end of cycle

starting equipoise and winstrol

now 190 6ft 12%bf

EQ
week 1-2 200mgs
3-4 300mgs
5-10 400mgs on week 8 start winstrol 50 mgs eod till wk12
11 300mgs
12 200mgs

my questions are about post cycle nolvadex, proviron ,hcg and clomid. This is a lite cycle what do i need and how much and for how long

this is what i was gonna do and please correct me if wrong

nolvadex start week 6 or 8 at 20mgs per day (not sure for how long)

HCG start on last week 500iu 1st 3 days then 3 more shots every 5 days ( do i need this)

Clomid if i take the hcg i was gonna start after last shot of that

Just some one tell me please if i need all this at post

dont start the cycle. dont pyramid. buy more stuff and do it right. you wont get good results off that at all

Well to actually answer your question I say no you don't need all that. But you should listen to the above about your cycle in general. Simple clomid therapy should be enough.

You got the pct all wrong. First use some kinda test, at least 400mg/wk cyp, enth, prop. and run it one wk longer than the EQ. Start pct of clomid two wks aft your last shot of test. Three wks with clomid: 300mg for 3 days, 100mg for 8-10 days the rest 50mg. You don't need the nolva unless you start getting signs of gyno. Best bet is to take .25 mg ldex thru the entire cycle. You shouldn't have much problems, IMO with this cycle: 400-500mg test 14 wks, 400mg EQ 12 wks and run the winnie 50mg ed for 6wks no need to taper. Do pct like above with the clomid. You can use the HCG during pct about 500IU eod for three wks. If its a money thing you can scratch the HCG.
