    Blood Pressure ?

    Ok, I wish I never bought this damn bp monitor. I have never checked it as often as I do now. IT got high around wk 7 of my cycle and remained between 140 and 160 over 70s and 80s. Well, my last shot of test was almost 3 wks ago and my last winny tab was 1 wk ago. Guess what.......it's still the same. WTF! It pisses me off, I think I'll throw this piece of sh%t away

        Maybe the creatine I just started has kept some water weight on me. I don't know. I used to not check it this often, because if my face isn't red and I feel ok I figure I'm fine. But since I'm getting older and was running the winny and dbol I figured I'd keep an eye on it.

          ok, take it but relax, lie down for 10min, and then ask someone to take it for you

          if you really have high BP, it will show.

            yes take it in the morning when you wake up you should be more relaxed then
