march 1st is when i plan to go on but i cant decide if i should cut or bulk. if i bulk i might be fatter through summer.
how productive is a bulk type cycle while eating a clean bulk diet with cardio (3500-4000 cals daily)?
you could bulk and keep the cal clean you should see decant gains just kep the cardio down till you have 5 weeks left in the cycle that should give you ample time to cutt
i have yet to run a cutting cycle. i keep meaning to but never do. i started one once and it was cut short (thats another long story)
i'm still kind of new on this board, so fill me in. what are your stats? if you have enough base size, i'd cut. why run a bulk cycle if you will not go all out?

jackH, i saw your pic... you look good brother. i think i will stick with the bulk cycle but keep cals clean and finish the cycle off with cardio/clen/diet manipulation... and some var wont hurt either...
XXXL... whats up brother, welcome to FG... check the sig for my stats. i am a big guy but dont want to carry any fat this summer. i never seem to plan my cycles right. i have been bulking in the summer and cutting in the winter. i think it is time i start to str8'n my shit out, so i think this will start off as a bulker and i will try to cut in the last few months like how JH said above.
i never understood why anyone would eat like shit while taking steroids anyway. eating tons of fast food isnt going to put on muscle. i know you need the calories there, but whats the point of doing a cycle when you look worse afterwards. yeah, its cool to be bigger and heavier, but if half the weight is fat, youll look like shit anyway. i always eat clean...never had any problems packin on weight.
just eat clean the whole way through and add clen/cardio half way through your cycle. no reason you cant burn like 4 pounds of fat a week with clen and anabolics, especially if you're using tren you will b cut in no time. maybe yyou could CKD the last half of your cycle to. thatr would help and the bolic would preserve max muscle.
You can still bulk clean. It is all in the macronutrients and total calories. Total calories consumed must be larger than calories burned due to your BMR to increase (muscle) mass. Use l-dex throughout to keep water retention to a minimum, so you will appear less puffy.
I have no idea why you have to classify it as a bulk or cut cycle at your point. No idea if you plan on competing? I am your same height and I weigh about 255 and am about at 11% bf also, I usually compete in the 230's. At 220 If you diet down you could get below 200lbs. I think that at this point you need to worry about putting on quality mass, by eating alot of clean food and hard training.

what do you think is a good amount of cals for me to bulk with. if i eat 3700-4200 ED, all being clean, do you think i will put on much fat. and do you think 1mg ed is to much l-dex...
this is my sixth cycle but i've only done one bulk cycle, this is why i need diet help

Diet wise-- I usually stick with atleast 20 cals per/lb of bodyweight when trying to bulk-- Build up to that, and if your arent gaining,move up to 21,22,23 etc until your gaining what you want. I usually end up around 25 cals per/lb. A couple of weeks before my cycle I begin to add cals 200-300(daily) per week then when I begin, my body is use to the extra cals---and your stomach will begin to "stretch" so you can eat even more. This also keeps you out of the bathroom---Too many cals added at once and you will be hurting
I would use the l-dex at .25-.50mg ed---Too much is not good--
I have done it with .25ed and had good results---

this isnt what i was asking, i haven't had fast food in over 3years (excluding subway/deli's)...
what i do want to know is how would i do if i ate... say 4000-6000 clean cals daily. i see jack hust is eating 6500 and he is probily still lean. what is a good amout to start with and what should i work up to to keep the fat under control.
