No, not the same. And actually, Aromasin is a brand name exemestane; not the other way around. Exemestane is the chemical name and Aromasin is the brand name.

Exemestane is a steroidal aromatase inhibitor that has proven very effective. It inhibits aromatase to the tune of >95% and doesn't adversely affect lipid profiles like liquidex or letrazole. The down side is it is also much more expensive.

It's an inactivator, not and inhibitor. It does not have the adverse effects on lipids that inhibitors do because it does not inhibit conversion, it inactivates the binding affinity(allthough I have seen a study in which it did have negative effects to lipids)

Also, L-dex is fine with PCT. AI's have been shown to increase blood plasma levels of testosterone. I posted a study on this in another thread you posted on this about SE

aromasin is cheaper than dex retail dex is like 250 aromasin is 200. get a script and ins will pay
