  • 10 weeks of eq???

    im gonna do a ten week cycle of eq at 400 mg a week. What resalts do u think i will gain from this cylce, your info please, But no reply's about that i should at test its just not gonna happen. So im just looking for post on what my resalts might be with eq. my current weight is 180 and hieght is 5"8 age is 21, i've been trainiing really hard and I'm on good solid strenght program and diet is good as well.

    They won't be that great imo. A friend of mine did his first cycle with eq only and he did not notice much except a little strength gain and some vasculinity. If you want to bulk you better add some test, and I know you don't want to hear that but it's a FACT!

      EQ is a slow but steady gainer. It should really be used for 12 weeks or longer. And definately with test.

      Hindsight is always 20/20. But looking back it's still a bit fuzzy.

        I agree with them, I'm running my first time with EQ. I'm going at least 14 weeks-20 weeks...not sure yet

              Harder more defined look. No increase in strength or bodyweight.

              Old School General Rule Of Thumb......You need to gain 10 to 15lbs for every inch you want to add to your arms.

                8-10 solid, quality lbs is not out of the question especially since it would be your 1st cycle. I would definitely run it for 12 or more weeks though. You most likely won't start to notice results until week 5 or 6.
