  • Should i bulk 1st to desired wight and then cut?

    I was just wondering if its better to bulk up 1st with a few d-bol-deca/test cycles to your desired weight and size, and then do a few cutting cycles tren/winny/prop to get rid off the fat gained while bulking???? Or just run a few lean mass cycles consisting maybee of eq/tren/winny/test to gain minimal fat and stay lean and ripped?????? thks Luke

    What are your stats now? The right answer is... 'it depends' although you'll need to gain PAST your desired weight before you start cutting if you go that route.

      you can bulk up without getting fat. (its not as fun though)

        Unless your above 15% BF already, and it does'nt sound like it I would say yes bulk.

          Dont waste your time trying to cut up if you dont have enough muscle. Bulk up first and then cut.
