Gyno surgery

Hey guys, I'm have gyno surgery friday and I was wondering the recovery time with this. I planned on start my cycle a week later, does anyone see any problems with this? Thanks Califitness

A friend of mine had gyno surgery and was told not to train for at least 4 weeks. You shouldnt start your cycle until you are completley healed imo.

See the doc. told me I could be back in the gym by monday, just don't hit a chest workout for a week or two

My left nipple is the only one that has it and lucky me got insurance to pay for it. My doc. helped me out on that, a little bit

bro if i were u i would ask to them both of the roots out of there... so u wont get gyno ever again..

i would wait until you can hit all body parts hard and are recovered before you start your cycle

Thanks Bask8, this gyno has been messing with me head for the last month and I'm ready to get rid of it. I ready to get back into it mentally. I'll update you guys on my progress- Califitness
