Either would work for cutting. Both cause little water retention which is what you want when cutting. One detriment to equipoise is that it can increase hunger which is something you probably don't want when on a calorie restricted diet.
Winny 50mg/d is a good starting point.
Equipoise 400mg/wk would be good for a first time.
I'm assuming this will be your first cycle? If so, I'd keep it simple and just run a plain test cycle (cypionate or enthanate @ 400mg/wk). Bloat can be controlled with nolvadex or another anti-estrogen. Also keep in mind that cutting has more to do with diet than anything else.
winstrol and EQ are very different compounds. EQ is mild with minimal side effects, and should be run a long stretch like 16 weeks, IMO. It also helps my joints. Winstrol is harsh on the liver and dries up my jonts to the point I can't run it over 4-5 weeks, but it hits you quick, hardens you up, and helps maintain strength while you diet. both are great, but have different applications. I have run both together for the last few weeks of a cycle with good result.
