    I'm just getting into aas. I have been training for almost 5 years and i currently weight about 225lbs with 12-15% bf at 6ft. For my first cycle i plan on puuting on 15-20lbs.

    this is my plan so far:

    week 1-10: 500mg of test cyp. or enanthate.
    first 4 weeks: 30 mg of d-bol per day
    aslo i plan on using an anti-e. eod
    for pct i will use hcg and clomid.

    any input would be great, thanks

    Can't argue with that cycle. I wouldn't add anything.

      I'd just do the test and forget the dbol for now. Leave some play for later cycles. You'll grow like a weed off just test alone.

        bro my first cycle was 400 mg test cyp a week for 10 weeks gained 22 pds
        If bigger is better then im better than ever !

          I'd keep the dbol in and run it 5 wks. I promise you will get better strength gains if you do. The hcg is not necessary but won't hurt either, and I would use nolvadex for pct instead of clomid. Good luck bro!

              I running basically the same deal only 25mg dbol a day, these guys are really helpfull on this board.

                looks solid! test E at 500mg per week and 30mg dbol.

                take a dbol tab every 4 hours, drink lots of H20, eat clean, get enough sleep and you'll be a monster in no time.

                    I like test only for a first cycle too. As you grow into this, you need to be able to tell what is doing what or you will waste a lot of money on compounds and stacks that don't live up to expectations. Test alone for the first one gives you a baseline to compare everything else to. If you eat and train, you will grow on it . I promise

                        Yea but you can easily tell how both compounds are doing if you do test and dbol. I would never do a cycle without a jumpstart personally because you're limiting your gains. Test does not kick in for 4 to 6 wks.
