can't get the answer about...............

i have searched all different boards about"can deca mix with proscar[saw palmetto]??some of the guys said is fine,but some other guys said never ever mix them together,and it will make thing worst.

i have been searching for while,but can't really get the answer and heard a lot of mixed things.so....do you have any info to back it up those[mix it or not mix it]statements??

yeah i haerd that saw palmento doesn't mix well with deca... don't know why

Finasteride (Proscar) inhibits the 5-alpha reductase enzyme. The 5-AR enzyme is responsible for converting testosterone to Dihydrotestosterone (DHT). DHT is what causes problems with the prostate and scalp.

Nandrolone (Deca) is reduced by 5-AR to Dihydronandrolone. Dihydronandrolone causes less hair loss and is less harsh on the prostate than either DHT or Nandrolone.

So, basically, if you use Finasteride with Deca, you will block the conversion of Nandrolone to Dihydronandrolone, and Nandrolone unconverted is just as bad as DHT.
