  • Can't wait any longer....

    It's been 8 years since I came off my last cycle (it lasted 9 years)
    Started a family, opened my own buisness....etc.
    I have my Test Cyp & EQ (QV) And I ordered my QV Dbol Tabs yesterday.
    I started working out again about a month ago and have droped some Fat. Started a good eating regimend( Hate the word diet)
    Went from 251lbs to 230lbs before I started trainning. Weight is coming up but just went 1 more belt loop IN!

    Current Stats:
    Age 38
    Ht 5'8"
    Wt 235lbs
    Bf ??? not to bad
    Waist 35
    Eating: meals aday 4500Cals, 230grm Protien

    Next Cycle (probably start this afternoon)

    Wk 1-25 600-800mg wk Test Cyp QV
    Wk 1-24 600-800mg wk EQ QV
    Wk 1-4 40mg wk Dbol QV
    Clomid pct

    I need to know if I need to ramp the Dbol? Years ago we did but what I've been reading on here it seems to be a steady dose.
    And is 40mg enough? Any feed back welcomed! (Almost any)

    i dont think you need to ramp and 40 is fine. I would up my protein while on!

      It's been awhile since you've been on so I would try your doses on the lower side of what you have listed. No need to ramp the d-bol.
      Assumption is the mother of all fuck ups

        Nice long cycle should get some great results from it.

        Make sure you keep us updated on the QV d-bal...you are the 1st one I have heard using the QV orals. I am very curious!

          I'll keep you posted on the QV Dbol.
          I could'nt wait I had to take my first shot today.
          300mg test cyp and 300mg eq in the right glute
          22ga 1 1/2" Brought back some fine memories.
