    1-4 dbol @ 35 ed
    1-12 test cyp @ 600mgs wkly
    1-12 deca @ 400mgs wkly
    might run neobolin (tren enan) at end to cut me up a bit with anavar
    all products are Supra...
    standard PCT(not to interesting)...

    first time with deca, we'll see if i am an eq or deca guy
    plan to put on a clean 15 pounds in the end.

    help me out with the diet boys.
    thinkin something like this:
    400 grams protein
    300 grams carbs taper down to 50-100 by the end
    60-100 grams fat

    3700 cals avg through out daily

    whats up brothers
    currently cutting:
    wt: 210lbs
    ht: 5'11"
    bf%: 11%

    current cycle:
    Off

    i want to avoid putting on to much fat and plan to manipulate my carbs for the last 3wks. every three days will look like this:
    1. 200grms
    2. 100grms
    3. 50grms
    repeat
    currently cutting:
    wt: 210lbs
    ht: 5'11"
    bf%: 11%

    current cycle:
    Off

        cycle looks good but as i say to everyone be careful of deca. Try to get some bromo if u can.

          what do you guys think about the carb thing, is it bad to restrict carbs toward the end of a bulk cycle.

            It may take away from some of your gains toward the end cutting them down since when bulking you usely need to add some cals. from the added mass. Personally I wouldn't do it. But that's just me.

              I would stay right around 300 the entire time your protein to carb intake is going to be 4:1 you might lack energy from a lack of carbs.

                      One of the best fights I've ever seen.

                      I was rooting for shamrock in that fight as he is my hero. Ken is still my favorite fighter but Tito definitely was the better fighter that day.

                        I wouldn't cut carbs that severely at the end of a bulk cycle. Why throw away mass?

                          I would grow on 3700 cals for about 1 week and then I would have to up it. I suggest you continually increase your cals throughout your cycle.
