  • bloated with deca ?

    eight weeks in on my first cycle, deca only at 400mg/wk. gained about 8 pounds, now up to about 180. i've been looking/feeling very bloated lately though. not a lot of fat around my midsection but my gut looks a bit distended. i've been cutting back on salt. any other suggestions? know why this happens?

      so does the bloating go down after the cycle? how long does it take? anything that can be done to reduce it during the cycle?

        You're doing right thing lowering sodium is no. 1.

        If you stick with low sodium you most likely shed it in a week, two at most. Most likely you'll have a day or two where most of it will just go down drain, if ya know what I mean.

          I am running deca at 600mg/week along with some other stuff and experiencing no bloat at all, but I am on a strict cutting diet with low carbs and next to know sodium or fat. When eating "normally", I have definitely experienced the bloat on deca. Ldex may help with that some.

                I only got a little bloat from deca at 450mg/wk. Cut the sodium and drink more water.

                  800mg test enanthe and 400mg deca a week i feel bloated as hell just in the stomach area i've had it alot worse when my lower legs and feet swell but this is my first round with deca, thanks for the heads up on what might help eliminating so much bloat watching the salt.

                    Well, strength is gaining even though my carbs are limited to 200/day. I've had the some of the best workouts I've had in months even though I'm 3 1/2 weeks into a keto state, and down 14#'s, so I'd say the gains are going well. Tough to judge when you are dropping weight - but at least I feel like I'm still adding muscle in spite of the cutting.

                      drink lots of water, it helps against bloating.
                      I don't want to get toned, I just want to become a fucking freak.

                      I just work out because I want to look good with my XXXXL shirt on.

                        interesting, you are losing weight. if deca is at 600mgs wkly i imagine you are on a decent amount of test and an oral at least.

                            Well goes to show it's diet that makes the cycle.

                            FYI, curious, did it pretty much same with diet and had similar results. Incredible strength and recovery, great workouts.

                            Only side, it destroyed libido in end and took for ever to recover.
