I know how you feal Jack. Back pumps are the worst.
Last fall I was helping out the grandparents with their vineyard. Basically loading and unloading boxes of grapes.
1st time I've ever worried about my back giving out on me. I thought I was going to colapse at any second...but I just kept gritting my teeth and it never happened.RIP BigJim33 & GearedUp: You are sorely missed my friends.
Hindsight is always 20/20. But looking back it's still a bit fuzzy.Comment

i used to get them really bad when i did squats on dbol.. they hurt, but it fels good to know that everything is workingComment

hate it try walking on your feet allday and not ditting down but maby 10 mins a hrs i look like a duck when i walkComment
