I did a deca/d-bol-sust cycle gained 22lbs by week 10, use clomid/trib for ptc and only to keep 12lb after pct was done. Cals and protein remained the same as they were throughout the cycle so I was a little disappointed with this cycle in the end. Anyone else find this cycle gains difficult to keep???

Your strength is a better guage of such things... how much of your strength gains did you loose?
I tend to keep approx 75% of my gains. It gets harder as you get bigger tho...RIP BigJim33 & GearedUp: You are sorely missed my friends.
Hindsight is always 20/20. But looking back it's still a bit fuzzy.

well deca/d-bol means alot of water, when you come off you loose that water, thats not ncommon to loose that much after a cycle, the quicker you recover the m0ore you keep...MMMOD@**********************.com

You couldn't do that naturally.
