whats the deal w/ ttokkyo

Not that i would use their products anymore but whats the deal with ttokkyo are they back. I thought they were shut down. Ive seen ttokkyo products on a source list recently and was like wtf.

i know if imn gonna get mex gear im gonna get qv. I wouldnt get ttokyo at all i was just curious.
