I tried to keep this simple. This will be my first cycle. Please critique.


Week1 100mg/Propionate EOD
Week 2 100mg/Propionate EOD
Week 3 100mg/Propionate EOD
Week 4 100mg/Propionate EOD+50mg/Wintrol EoD
Week 5 100mg/Propionate EOD+50mg/Wintrol EoD
Week 6 100mg/Propionate EOD+50mg/Wintrol EoD
Week 7 100mg/Propionate EOD+50mg/Wintrol EoD
Week 8 100mg/Propionate EOD+50mg/Wintrol EoD
Week 9 50mg/Winstrol ED
Week 10 50mgProviron+40mg Nolva
Week 11 50mgProviron+40mg Nolva
Week 12 50mgProviron+20mg Nolva
Week 13 50mgProviron+20mg Nolva

I should really be finished at the end of week 12, beginning of 13.
Also, every other week there will only be 3 injections, so I will compensate by taking 150mg of Prop.

You need to take winstrol ed imho. If you can't do 50mg then do 25mg ed. Also run it from wk 3.5 to wk 8.5, prop's half life is only 3 days.......so, start pct at wk 8.5. And the last wk of nolv should be 20mg or 10mg, not 40mg.

Novla was a typo, corrected it.

I was adding the winstrol becasue I have it. EOD stretches it out, so i was going to run it EoD with the Prop, then ED until I start Nolva.

And you are saying only wait 3 days to start PCT. Got it.

Yes, 3 days after last shot of prop. But I would run the winny ed, just drink it if you don't want to poke yourself that often.

why not add something else in there like fina, masteron, primo? id take the nolva at 60mg all the way through pct, id run the proviron at 50mg ed throughout your cycle, id shoot the nolva ed along with the prop...and id bump the dose on the prop to atleast 75mg per day...MM

Yeah, run the proviron entire cycle if you can. Def winny ed, just drink it like js said. I like your pct! Not many people use proviron yet pct, but I love it!
