im on 100mg's of prop ED, 75mg's of Tren(fina)ED, 50mg's of Winstrol ED, 500mg's of Equipoise a week and 200mg's of Deca a week (for joints).... And on some non ephdra Hydroxycut.... Cuttin Carbs down to NO more than about 40-50G's a day... half of that is from Protein shakes.... what would u suggest... i need help quik
Im fat in my opinion... im benching Well over 400 lbs i do not want to get any bigger unless its Lean muscle with NO fat.... i have hardly no definition im just Massy. Please help I weigh 230lbs and want to be at 200 ATLEAST.... im doing cardio 1st thing in the morning and Calories are drastically lower than usual... NO more than 2500 a day... compared to my 4500 bulking... Do i still need to consume my 450grams of protein a day (im figuring so..)
