how to keep your prostate healthy

thanks bro,my next cycle will consist of deca,can't take it with proscar.so...saw palmetto is the only one thing that i can take.

i just know only proscar and saw palmetto support the prostate health. anyone know others?

i also read on it a bit on the net) and they say that usually for people under 50y it's mostly prostatitis.. which is inflammation of the prostate gland caused by bacteria etc... can be cured with antibiotics most of the time...
however i don't think we have that problem..... i actually don't know how the gear really affects it... what it does to it to make it fuk up...

yeah i know,it is ok for normal male under 50 yrs.but i think gear will affect it.because i heard a young guy from elite said got a prosate problem because of gears and staying in hospital and shit.and warned everybody should take proscar or saw palmetto to keep it healthy.

steroids can make your prostate grow... quite a bit. There is no reason to not take proscar with deca that I know of. Proscar is a 5a-reductase inhibitor. It keeps testosterone from converting to DHT. This isn't really that much of a concern with Deca, but it can prevent your natural test from converting. Saw Palmetto works through the same mechanism, I believe, but it's weaker. So in other words, take proscar if you've got to pick. I'd rather go with a drug that has been clinically tested.
