If you are determined not to inject, your best bet would be a short cycle of Methyl 1 Test. This is the most potent oral for lean mass and strength gains, but is even more hepatoxic than d-bol. Can be used alone or stacked with 4-AD for a truly potent oral cycle free from the bloat of Anadrol or D-Bol. There is still a bit of water weight, though in theory M1T does not aromatise. And you have to use the same pct as any steroid cycle. M1T is not a pro-hormone, but a true methylated steroid. Use millk thistle for the liver as well.

I would say hide it. My last cycle my ex never knew it. You could get test 250 and d-bol. Let her see you take the d-bol.
