Difficulty or frequent urination can be symptoms. It's best to just bite the bullet and go see the doc so he can diagnose you.

Saw palmetto and finasteride are the only treatments I know of, but I'm by no means an expert on the subject.

well i got frequent urination... sometimes it still keeps coming after i'm done (every once in a while it feels warm.. not hot that it's burning)... also when i'm ejaculating i feel like i have to push hard to queeze it out, feels like it's really tight (wasn't like that before)
i had similar probs last year when i finished my fina cycle...(it went away after some time) i finished a enan/eq cycle couple of months ago and had no probs.. but now it looks like i'm having some... there is this flu going around too, so i was thinking that maybe even my bladder is just infected or something like that...

The dripping after urination is one sign, peeing frequently (your bladder doesnt empty completely), the ejac prob is another, also if when youre urinating, your stream 'splits' into 2 or 3 streams, thats a sign..The prostate gland swells and narrows the ureter. How old did you say you were??

splitting urination is a sign? My urine splits all the time, but i dont have any of the other problems, you think i should be worried?

PL456 u say splitting is a sign..... how is that possible though? cuz the prostate is at the base of the urethra... and then u have ur long shaft till the urine exits... so if the prostate makes it tight and maybe evn splits the stream into 2-3 smaller ones, how do they stay lik that till they exit?

I know that I have had prostatitis a few times now since the age of 26 or so. The doc even said you could call it chronic prostatitis (inflammation and irritation). I have only taken medication for it when the urinating has become too frequent, but I know after a couple of weeks on, the gear definitely irritates my prostate. I can feel it for usually a few weeks before it settles down again. I may be just overly sensitive in that area, but to me it's now more of a nuisance thing than anything else as I've had it checked out and their isn't much I can do about it.

Yeah - antibiotics. And you have toi run them at least 30 days if I remember correctly. I even ran it 60 days once - prostatitis is a stubborn mofo to get rid of.

Upping your water intake and avoiding junk food like soda pop and french fries etc. goes a long way towards preventing problems and even healing the prostate.
