  • its that time again!!!

    putting together another cycle....something like this

    weeks 1-8 sus 250 500mg week
    weeks 1-4 thai dballs 40 mg a week

    any input greatly appreciated

    also have ldex milk thistle and ala what doses should i run the ldex a day thanks bros

    i would go 12 weeks with the sust

      i would lengthen that to atleast 10.. if your budget wont allow it, then 8 would be ok. id run ldex at either .25 or .5mg ed

        See this is where U and I are different. I swore after my last cycle that I'd never do a cycle longer that 10 weeks.

        For some reason after the 8th week, my gains taper off quickly. Tried swapping gears, upping doses, nothing seems to work.

        Dunno what it is... But I'd do 2x 8week cycles before a 16weeker any day.

        Course...I've never gone longer than 16weeks.

            i agree with that... i did a 20wker and the last 10 sucked. i didnt gain anymore weight and it shut me down H A R D. i did:
            wk 1-10 t400 @800mg
            equipoise 400mg
            wk 11-20 t400 @1000mg
            equipoise 600mg
            w/ dbol at 25mg ed wk 1-4.

            i can say that i wish i had stopped at week 10, started over 2 months later with the remaining gear

              I'd be getting awesome gains..up untill week 8 or so, after that the gains slow down dramatically.

                yah same here ive done a 10 weeker and at around the 7 week it really just tampers off but u prob keep more gains in the long run with the longer cycle.... thanks

                  realy gg i get much better results from 20 weeks or more i dont stop gainning they fall off if you dont adjust diet and tranning as you go i will never go less than 20 agin
