    hi,

    when do you guys feel your at your most catabolic
    1.at start of pct
    2.week 1 or 2 into pct
    3.after pct around week 3 or 4(depending how long you have run)

    i have taken an extended leave from gym (the last 7 weeks)due to injury and personal issues.and currently in last (4th week) of pct.was to start training last week but only got in a very light chest workout today(shoulder still aching)

    just trying to find out how long to take it easy for before i can turn up the intensity a bit.diet is dialled in and checked properly today,only lost 9lbs(less than i origanally thought)

    Probably about 2 weeks into pct but it depends on various factors.
    I don't want to get toned, I just want to become a fucking freak.

    I just work out because I want to look good with my XXXXL shirt on.

      what do you feel those factors are i.e diet,length of cycle,stress etc?

        Mostly on how shutdown I was and wether or not HCG was used.
        I don't want to get toned, I just want to become a fucking freak.

          luckily i used hcg during my cycle(not pct)
          off topic but noticed last night i wasnt as hard as i usually am,damn that sucks

            2-3 weeks for me. i use hcg and trib post cycle to chase away the post cycle blues.
