1/4cc to start and slowly work her way up to 1/2 cc. should not stay on more than 8weeks at a time, at least to start!

she should also do clen or eca stack or even Xenadrine efx will work.

sorry its not, its oral. I was talking about the liquid that you put in juice or something!

with pills...start about 25-30mcg and slowly go up to about 60mcg
