      Ambien to the "Rescue"

      First of all - the saying from Loco, bout' no matter how good she looks.... how TRUE.

      Secondly, my insomnia messes with my work schedule, and there ain't NO way, in this economy, that I'm losing my job. So, when I get home from the gym at 3 AM, I'll take an Ambien, right along with some supps, protein drink, etc. Within 45 min. I'll be showered and asleep.

      Otherwise, I'd still be "up" from my workout. However, you aren't suppose to use Ambien on a daily basis (as I am). What I'd love to know is if this hypnotic adds alot more work for heart - which already gets it's fair share from stims and other goodies - you all know what I mean? - BUFF'N -

          I tried Melatonin and it doesnt help me at all.

            every now and then Ill use a little (dare I say it on this board) weed to knock myself out. and you dont have to smoke it either. throw a little into some pudding and it will kick in at about half force and knock you right out
