My first choice would be nolva and l-dex! If you can only do one it would be nolva. Dex alone is hell on your lipids, and the addition of nolva will keep your cholesterol in check.

Actually it's the other way round bro, Arimidex is the one that can make your gains a little slower.

It doesn't directly hinder your gains but estrogen is beneficial if bulk is what you are looking for so driving your estrogen levels lower can slow you down a little.

If gyno is all you are worried about then I'd just keep some nolva on hand and start taking it when the nipples get sensitive.

If bloat is what you are worried about then arimidex will help prevent that.
