    I heard a guy at my gym today saying "look at that guy, he juices for sure...he has the roider traps" about this huge guy who was there and wondered what this meant...How can you tell if somebody is juicing instead of been training hard for a long time?

    You can't tell just by looking usually. Unless someone had really bad acne or bad bruising from the pins, everything else looks the same.

          The acne usually gives it away.
          I don't want to get toned, I just want to become a fucking freak.

          I just work out because I want to look good with my XXXXL shirt on.

                      When I'm on my traps swell up way bigger than normal. I always look about the same to other people (maybe a little harder when on), except for my traps. I don't know why, but I understand why the guy said roider traps, because I get them.

                        traps are notorious for getting larger when on juice, hence the term "roider traps".
                        It's better to burn out, than to fade away...

                          Forearms with veins sticking out everywhere are good indicators... and just general size. Sure, you'll be wrong on occasion. But I would say 4 out of 5 times you're right.

                              The forearms are where bloat is very noticable, but only if you have something to compare it to.

                              If I have to keep changing my watch strap I know I am holding water, but I don't think anyone else would notice because they don't know how thick my forearms are supposed to be

                              Shiney smooth puffy pink nipples give it away too.
                              I don't want to get toned, I just want to become a fucking freak.
