I don't think you have anything to worry about. After my cycle my balls would go way up inside behind my pubic bone when I came and would slowly come back down. And when I came it would feel like I was shooting gasoline very painfull and my girl said it tasted bad. Tha doc said I hed a swolen prostate and it was gonna take a while for everything to get back to normal. I'm now ready for another cycle and everything has been fine for a few months now.Good luck

Im hoping its all mental, I actually realized that my balls disappear when I would feel them come back, since it feels weird and painful

it is not mental at all. Your ball do actually move and they move all the time. The main reason they move is due to tempature change. Your balls need to maintain a certain tempature to produce sperm. If they are colder than they should be they pull themselfs up into the body. Too hot and they drop. Ever go swimming in a cold pool than go inside to take a piss and you notice your turtle head and your balls are missing. Doesnt anyone remember health class lol.......
