i never equated the two together. But i get crazy dandruff while on a cycle. My barber is like wtf. Anyone know why dandruff is increased while on a cycle? Oh and by the way head and shoulders works fine

I use T-Gel, head and shoulders made my hair start thinning, I asked a beautician, why and she said Head and Shoulders has a certain chemical that can make you lose hair. I guess it depends on the person.

I think it must have something to do with the excess oil your skin/scalp is producing due to AS. My bro who has never had dandruff b4 just started week 2 of his cycle and got dandruff so he figured the extra oil was the culprit as nothing else has changed.
