This is a cool message board. I just recently found it and learned a lot already. Very informative. I'm 30 and have been working out (naturally) off and on (mostly on) for about 12 years. I've reached my plateau a long time ago and I'm tired of seeing these young kids come in the gym and look better after only about 3 or 4 months.

I've finally decided to try the "juice". I just bought some test and am going to start Monday. I'm gonna take 1cc a week for 10 weeks. What should I expect? I am 6 ft. and around 195 lbs. with not too much fat - but not ripped either.

Also, do you have any advice for me? Any help would be appreciated. I'm dreading that first stick in the ass!

    Welcome bro.

Well, with a good diet, good training, and enough rest you should be able to gain a good amount of muscle mass and strength. That is, if your receptors are also good for juice. Some people are just not that responsive.

Here's another tip for you. If you don't want to shoot in the glutes look for other areas to inject as well. Thighs and delts are other newbie areas to shoot up that is most common.

      Welcome to our home.

I do not know what you knowledge is on AAS but I think that research is very key if you plan on going down this route. You must ask yourself if you have researched every possible idea that can creep into your head. You have a great start by signing up here.

BTW have you picked up your anti-e's and clomid?

      Here is a good read:

500mg of test per week... add maybe some dbol the 1st 4 weeks (to kick start it) something like 25-30mg/day... it's cheap and it works well with test..... eat A LOT of food (proteins/carbs) - something like 5-6 meals a day... drink a lot of water... get A LOT of sleep (at least 8hrs a day).. find some good work out routine... get some nolvadex in case u start noticing gyno... also clomid for the post cycle (to keep as much of the gains as possible)... with all that u should be able to gain like 15-20 lbs. or so.... depending on ur body maybe more/less... and usually once ur off the cycle u lose few lb.s but keep most of it if u do it right...
