    Your mission if you accept it....

    Is to design a training, nutrition plan to bring the most possible achievements in 5 weeks. YES, only 5 weeks. The achievements, must be athletically viable too. But, especially it must kick ass, bring anyone from zero to superhero! (Hey rhyme here )

    So, design a detailed plan from A to Z.
    I will pick the most interesting and submit them by polls. the winner will be selected by poll, this week end.

    I will perform it and after the 5 weeks, the winner will merit some Quebec's finest Microbrew Beers! Probably, Unibroue or a 12 packs of Mona Lisa, exclusive local beer!

              cut, but in preparation for an athletic event, which required strenght and endurance and cardio. Ya know the fun things.

              PS: Fuck now, just spent 1h showelling!

                    I got the flu in the beginning of December, then went on vacation, and then found out the gym is closed down until January 26th. So I haven't lifted for about 7 weeks and I am ready to go at it like I am attacking virgin *****. I might take some before pics and then five weeks later I will take the after shots. I will be natural but I think my diet, training, and rest period is ready to make its mark.
