i'm doing a cycle of only deca 180mg every 3 days (420mg/wk). I know it barely aromatizes but I want to be extra sure not to get gyno. i'm about 5 weeks in to a 10 week cycle. I was thinking of doing 10mg nolvadex ed. does this sound ok? would proviron be better? -- also, any suggestions on the PCT for such a basic cycle?

I believe nolva will not help with deca based gyno... deca is progesterone,

Deca does not aromatize into progesterone. It aromatizes into dihydronandrolone, which is a PR agonist, but if test is run, this concern is minimal to none.

listen to Pheedno... nolva won't help in this case... the only thing that worked for me in case of nandrolone related gyno symptoms was aromasin... but I've got those symptoms running 1g/week so I believe you'll be Ok with 420mg... well but thats personal so who knows

bromo will help with prog gyno from deca but i wouldn't worry to much at that dose but deffinately get some testComment

IF it's your first cycle then yea I'd say it's a little late. I guess you could run it for 8 or 10wks though if you want.Originally posted by minotaur
