    What is best to run with deca and keep most of my gains?
    I was thinking eq or test 400 or 250 what do you guys think .

    Nothing you add will help you keep your gains. Well ,maybe Hcg if the deca is ran a while. PCT, diet, and training will determine that. I would add test for other reasons, but it wont let you keep your gains any better.

                        I usually keep my gains on everything I've have taken so far.
                        I havent juiced in almost 2 yrs and when I started I weighed 155
                        now I am at 198. I only juiced twice but I dont take much when I do. I believe some people take tooo much and that is why the loose it.

                          Alot of people have evrything Perfect while on cycle. Diet, rest, training, no alcohol,ect. They make tremendous gains. But once the cycle is over, they go back to skipping a meal, skipping a protien shake, Out drinking with friends to the early hours of morning, skipping the gym to go hang out,ect....You get the picture! Then they wonder why they are soon back where they started.
