  • good routines?

    can you guys recommend and good mass building routines? if you guys can throw some good ideas at me, id appreciate it.

    Are you talking about excercise programs or AAS?

      sorry, i meant weight training routines... what to do on monday through sat... what works for you guys, or what you guys found works best for building size

        Focus on multi-jointed excercises using free weights (dumbells & barbels) rather than machine excercises that isolate smaller muscles.

        Work each muscle group only once a week, don't stay in the gym for much longer than an hour and work out in a 2 days on 1 day off or similar routine. Don't train too long and dont train too often if you're a newbie trying to build mass!!!

        Also work your legs and your back hard, not just the part of your upper torso you see in the mirror!
        I don't want to get toned, I just want to become a fucking freak.

        I just work out because I want to look good with my XXXXL shirt on.
