Bloat

I recently started my cycle of

D-bol 25mg ED
TEST Cyp 800mg wk
Deca 300mg wk

I'm concerned about potential bloating, I have Nov and Liquidex on hand, which would be better to use?

the reason I ask is I have read that Nov can hinder gains, but liquidex can actually INCREASE estrogen levels...

I think I read TOO much sometimes so I would like to hear what's worked best for you guys...

are you concerned with bloating, as in feeling "full" all the time? or are you talking about water rentention?

Ive never heard of ldex increasing Estrogen levels? I would take .25 of ldex ed and keep the nolva on hand if you see any signs of gyno. Ldex keeps my bloat down.- crombie

ldex, eat clean also low sodium and if you feel like it throw a little cardio in there, and drink lot's and lot's of water, the more water you drink the less you retain, especially if you are low sodium

Ldex works for me, but I recently learned that you should also take 10mg of nolvadex ed with it to help keep cholesterol levels stable.

This is excellent advice! I have used ldex in the past for bloat and realized I didn't need it when I kept my diet clean and my sodium intake low.
