    WHATS UP ALL, IM A NEWBIE TO THE FORUM, JUST HAD SOME QUESTIONS...
    I JUST STARTED MY CYCLE TODAY OF DECA AND ENANTHATE, IM SHOOTING 2 CCS A WEEK OF THE TEST, AND BOUT 500 ML OF THE DECA... ILL BE DOING THIS FOR ABOUT 8 WEEKS, CAN ANYBODY TELL ME WHAT TO EXPECT FROM THIS. IVE TALKED TO SEVERAL PEOPLE, AND THEY TOLD ME THAT I SHOULD EXPECT GOOD GAINS AND STRENGTH FROM THIS, BUT WOULD LIKE TO HEAR YOUR ALL OPINION. THANKS

    sounds good. good gains should be expected.
    but of course, a good diet should also be expected.
    in this case the gear is good, now if your diet is in check you should expect to see some wonders

      what kind of diet do you recommend? how many carbs? how much protein, how much fat? i talk to alot of people, and all give me different answers... im glad im posting here now, cause ive read some of your posts, and you guys for sure know what your talking about.

              What are your stats bro?

              How many mg per ml is the testosterone and what do you mean with 500 ML of Deca? That's like half a milk carton of oil...
              I don't want to get toned, I just want to become a fucking freak.

              I just work out because I want to look good with my XXXXL shirt on.

                sorry, i meant 500 mgs of the deca... and 2 ccs of the test enanthate,
                im 6'1, 205, and i just recently lost a shit load of weight,
                i lost about 55 lbs in 5 months

                  I'd try and stretch that cycle out a few wks bro. Do you have enough to run the deca for 10wks and the test for 11? That would be much better imo. Then start your pct 2 wks after your last test shot. Hope you planned that as well. You need either Clomid or Nolvadex or both. If you go with one then I would choose nolv. Run it 2 wks at 40mg ed and 2 more wks at 20mg ed. Of course you could gradually taper off it too.....like 40mg wk1, 30 mg wk 2, 20mg wk3, 10mg wk 4. Keep that diet in check and Good Luck bro!

                    js's cycle advice is solid.

                    As far as diet goes eat at least 5 meals + 3 protein shakes per day.

                    Try to get 40 to 50 grams of protein in each meal.

                    Eat lots of carbs like baked potatoes, brown rice, brown bread but avoid white breads, white rice, white pastries.

                    Eat lots of healthy fats like olive oil, canola oil, flax seed, nuts, fatty fish but avoid saturated fats like animal fats, cheese, butter, cream, fried foods etc.

                    Eat a lot of fruits and veggies and take a multi-vitamin.

                    Eat skinless chicken, turkey and fish but avoid pork, lamb and if you wish to eat beef then only lean pieces and not too often.
                    I don't want to get toned, I just want to become a fucking freak.

                    I just work out because I want to look good with my XXXXL shirt on.
