correct me if im wrong but i can take nolva during a cycle and it will help control bloat right- or am i wrong.

I'm not sure about the bloat, I use l-dex for that. But, I have been running both (.25mg l-dex ed and 10mg nolva ed). Look up Pigmeat's posts on the subject.

You CANNOT control bloart with nolvadex. Use arimadex or l-dex
