A good friend of mine who has about 15 years of lifting experience is a 260lbs ripped monster and never touched a single steroid in his life. His workout program sucks ass too.
Yes it's possible if you are a one in a million with monster genetics but for the average Joe it takes gear and lot's of it and even then only one in ten thousand can make the cut.I don't want to get toned, I just want to become a fucking freak.
