    ok heres my cycle.
    150mg prop eod
    200mgeq 2x/wk

    Last cycle i ran l-dex and it seem to affect strenth gains. Considering this is a cutter and i would like to mainly lose fat in estrogen related ares such as chest and abdomen would nolva be a better choice.
    If so at what dose.? I have enough to run at 15mgnolva a day right now but can get more.

    i would stay with the ldex say .25 mcg ed or eod
