    Peope are probably not goign to think that this is appropriate for here but it is. We take gear to enhance our workouts and ourselves. Anyway, my workout is stuck and hasnt changed for a while. This is what it looks like
    mon - chest
    tues - back
    wed - legs
    thurs - shoulders
    fri - arms
    I think i need to change it up, i have the time to throw in 2 workouts a day if necessary. Can u guys give me a review of ur workout and why u like it? thanks

    I don't like to train more than 3 days in a row without a rest day...makes my workouts better and keeps me from getting burned out when I split like this.

      sund-off
      thats probly the most popular routine but it works for me and i'm sticking with it. plus i have the week end to myself

        i do the same thing like u, but alternate ur workout, i mean instead doing bench presses, do dumblell presses, change from heavy workout with less reps , to medium with 8-12 reps.
        take a one week off, do some cardio, all this will help, trsut me on it.
        my routne is same as yours , expect 2 weeks ago,i decided to workout on saturdays too, i do biceps on friday and saturday tricpes

              I like it! Same as mine. I can only do 1 body part a day. If I try and do 2 body parts same day,I am dead by the time I finish the first, and the other only gets a half assed workout. Plus, I only like to spend 45min-1hour max at the gym.

                  I do:

                  Mon: chest and front shoulders
                  Tue: bi's and tri's
                  Wed: off
                  Thu: back and rear shoulders
                  Fri: legs
                  Sat: off
                  Sun: off

                  Don't go 5 days straight bro, it's counter productive, you need to rest if you want to grow.
                  I don't want to get toned, I just want to become a fucking freak.

                  I just work out because I want to look good with my XXXXL shirt on.

                        an hour just to do shoulders??? ugh , when will people realize that there is absolutley NO need to work small muscles out that much. concentrate on core lifts and you will grow. 3 days a week max. and trust me if you lift with ALL your heart on those 3 days you CANT even think about going to the gym more.

                          You may not have to change your weekly pattern of body areas worked. Just change your exercises up a bit. Start from different angles that usual, etc... Whatever works for you.

                            small muscle my ass! You have the front delts,side delts, and rear delts. 3 seperate muscles to hit, plus I do trapps with shoulders. You wont get huge shoulders unless you hit all parts of your delt.

                              Maybe not but I'd definitely stop working out 5 days straight without an off day in between. If you want to bulk up you need to allow your body to have some idle time to build muscle.
