Peope are probably not goign to think that this is appropriate for here but it is. We take gear to enhance our workouts and ourselves. Anyway, my workout is stuck and hasnt changed for a while. This is what it looks like
mon - chest
tues - back
wed - legs
thurs - shoulders
fri - arms
I think i need to change it up, i have the time to throw in 2 workouts a day if necessary. Can u guys give me a review of ur workout and why u like it? thanks
