    hi guys, like i said before i was doing omendren and dbol and tren and then decided to throw in some humalin r by lillly. this is my first time using slin, and i'am doing 5 iu's a day , i have been on for 1 week, should i stay on 5 iu or increase it??
    i weigh 225 lbs and 8% of bodyfat and 5'11.

    I would up the dose. I read that 5-6 iu doesnt do much, as your body produces close to that naturally. I stick with 10iu. Works well for me.

      but i have heard that 10 iu is so dangerous and u mught get in acoma, if u don't eat enough carbs, sugar and what have u.
      have u hed any problems with 10 iu's ????

        Of course it is dangerous if you dont eat enough carbs! Just make sure you do and there is no problem! You know if you go hypo, and if you do , better be slamming down some simple sugars. Quick!

          Bump it up to 7,8, then 10 iu's. Personally, i think 10 is a great dose. I've gone as high as 25 iu's pw and didnt grow much better. Just got fatter. Just monitor yourself... you'll be okay.

            I've been cutting with 4 iu post workout and I'm getting really cut but the scales not droppin.

              The proper formula is 1 IU per 20lbs of lean muscle mass. Big Mike if you are truly at 225 at 8%bf then you have 207 of lean mass which mean you should be taken 10IU post workout. I like to throw in 5iu when i wake up and then another 10iu post workout.

              But to be completely honest with I think you need to research this a little bit more before you start doing 10 ius, if you eat enough carbs you will go into insulin shock(coma) and if you eat too much, you will put on a lot of fat. This is not something to play with.

                juice money, should i increase 1 iu a week to get to 10 iu's or everyday go up 1 iu to 10 ius???

                  yes i do weigh 225-226 and my bodyfat between 8 and 9% max, but u said to take 10 ius post workout, i thought teh best time to take slin is after workout??????
                  and u said that if i eat too much carbs, i would go in a coma, i have read slin and u are suppose to eat sugar and car within 30 mg from the shoot.

                    I would increase just like i stated... maybe 7 today, 8 the next work out then up to 10 the following workout. Then just keep it there for the remander of your slin cycle.
