I did two last year (12 weeks each). I'm going to break the time off+time on since I want to try and do my first show on May 2nd and need to start a 16 week cutter Sunday (2 months after wrapping up last cycle). This will be the only cycle I do this year though.

A couple years on, few months off. Gains are far more keepable that way.

well i just got into the game so i'm not gonna run anything crazy (just yet) but BDTR is that true, the longer ur on the easier it is to keep gains? I could kind of understand that and have a basic idea but would like if u could explain it to me.

It's pretty simple, as long as you're ON you don't lose much gains
I don't want to get toned, I just want to become a fucking freak.

I just work out because I want to look good with my XXXXL shirt on.
