Hey guys, I'm in wk 8 of 500mg test a wk and 50mg winnie ed and my blood pressure is 158 over can't remember the other one.....it wasn't as bad though. I check it regularly and it has been around 137 or 138, even on the dbol it was fine. Yesterday I had a doc appointment and they checked it. Didn't say much, she just asked if I eat healthy and stuff. And I do take ldex at .25 ed and just started nolva at 10mg ed.

What if the bottom one is above 90? How do I get that sob down? I took 20mg nolv today by the way...don't know if it matters. Oh and by the way, I'm only running the test 2 more wks.Originally posted by workinhard

you can try ninacin bro 0mcg ed it works for me , also try uping your fiber intake, and add some more cardio like walking 2030 min eodComment

Also get the Non-flush niacin its slow release and wont give you that look like you just drank a bunch of wine, lol
