I was wondering what would be a good dose of T3 for a female friend of mine would be. This will be the first time she is taking it and I wanna know what you all think is a high enough dose. Do you think working up to 75 mcgs a day is to high? She is 130 lbs and wants to get down another 15 lbs or so. She will be doing it for 4 weeks, ramping up and down. So what should her max dose be? Also is it ok to run with clen? Or eca? Thanks

NO NO NO NO NO!
Does that cover it? LOL!
Is she cycling (aas)? How tall is she? What is her diet like? Is she precontest?
T3 can be the devil and can bite you in the ass as a woman. It will eat her muscle and her bodyfat ultimately will be higher. I never every suggest T3 unless she is on a fairly strong anabolic or has TONS of muscle to spare (unless she looks like Lenda Murray -- she does not have it to spare!).
I know there are some suggestions as to ramping up and down and taking it to a max dose. I did it very carefully -- lost NOTHING and it slowed my metabolism for good. It was 2 years ago and I am still paying for it.
Could you give me more details? Perhaps we can come up with a better way for her to diet down.

She is not going to compete. She is just looking to lose some more boy fat. She was laid off for a while and has been back at it for 2 months. Her bf is about 16 %. She is looking to get down to 8%. She will be doing winny, at what dose I dont know. I told her t3 eats muscle as well as fat. She thinks her arms are to big so that is why she doesnt mind loosing some muscle. She has a really good diet. She eats chicken and rice, veggies and protein shakes of course. She eats 5 times a day and does quite a bit of cardio. I think she is 5'5"ish in height??? Maybe. Does this help new girl? ThanksEverything I say is my opinion and should not be listened to by anyone.

If she is not competing why would she want to get down to 8% bf? For a woman, that is really low and I would be concerned about long term risks.
If she says she has muscle she is willing to lose, why the winny? Does she realize how anabolic it is? And that she will most likely hold water on it (MOST women do -- I held 11 lbs on it)? Lowered voice, enlarged clit, enlarged MUSCLES...if she is looking to lose mass and weight -- while yes winny will help combat the catabolic nature of T3 -- I almost see it as a stop sign with a green light above it.
16% BF on a woman is fairly lean....and she could honestly up her cardio, use an ECA -- if deseparate use some clen....but winny and T3 to drop weight -- is just not a good thing unless she plans on competing and taking her share of virilization (from the winny) and spinning the roulette wheel with the T3.
For men, these things work much better and with less overall sides and risks.
Further at 5'5 and 130 -- if she is only 16% bf - she is most likely looking rather smokin. But to be that tall and only 115lbs...signals an issue to me.
Is this your girlfriend?

No shes not my girlfriend and yes she is looking really good. But as with most of us we are never satisfied with the way we look. She just wants to get down low enough that in bf to prove to herself she can do it. If you really think t3 is bad I will tell her not to use it. She just wants something to speed up the process. She did winny before and really liked the results she got from it. I will tell her to leave it alone untill she has reserched it more.Everything I say is my opinion and should not be listened to by anyone.

That is me and that is this summer about 8 lbs heavier but was on a prop cycle so holding a bit of water.
Anyway....ummm... I was lucky in the fact that I knew the T3 was not really working for me and di not keep it going for too long and tapered down super slowly so I think I was able to minimize the damage. T3 does not always work and often backfires. I do believe my metabolism slowed up a lot as i used to eat a hell of alot more then over now and could lose weight without killing myself.
Time has helped -- it is about 2 years now...and in addition I have put on about 10lbs of muscle -- which is not THAT much in terms of additional fat burning at rest but the time factor, cardio, and muscle has helped.
But..I am still a good 10 pounds from where I should be (5'7 and currently 147 lbs). I should be at 140 and would LOVE to be at 135.
