  • hunger!!!

    I know will power is the answer but I cant control my hunger.Im not fat but Ive put on 10lbs in one month.Im hoping this will pass but its like Ive become addicted to eating!!!Anyone have any tricks or remedies to control this.If I dont eat Im fine,once I start,its like thanksgiving,I eat EVERYTHING!!Im not on a cycle so its not that,I have some clen. but I dont think that will curb my appetite.Any suggestions PEACE BENNYBOOM

            i got teh opposite problem, i don't eat anything anymore, at all, and that has proven to me a fact i used to believe and that is

            FOOD IS THE MOST ANABOLIC SUBSTANCE THERE IS! just don't eat clean and you'd be surprised how much you can eat. . .

                i think your biggest problem would be protion size. What i mean is if you completely fill your plate chances are you will eat every last crumb. What i suggest you do is slowly take less food. Dont be drastic cause your body will know and you will still feal hungy. Next would be eat small meals every 2 hours. This will tend to kill cravings. Next thing would be drink 1 full glass of watter before you eat, will help you stop fealing hungy after you eat your tiny ass meal. Supplement side of things you could always get stacker 2, or what ever with ephedra, that stuff will kill some of the cravings too. Oh by the way you might want to hurry on the ephedra cause its going to be band soon. Well i do most of the things above or atleast try to and i went from 250 down to 210 right now. Im still looking to drop another 25 or so. Its a long road my friend try out thoes tricks..
