Have any of you tried this? My plan is to run a 8 week prop only then do 8 weeks of clean bulking, then do another 8wk prop/?.
I'm 180lbs@ about 15% would like to be 180@10% at least.
Getting huge on a bulker is cool but it kinda suck when people who know are like WTF? when you gain 30lbs in 8 weeks and look bloated.
Plus i figure even if i do a cutting cycle i will gain alot of strenth and jumping into a high calorie diet will make it easier to keep gains.
