sup guys, listen i wanted to know im 165 lbs not really as ripped as i wantto be i hav e about 8-10 % body fat , but i want to be shredded i dont really want to get much bigger . Will whinny and clenbuterol get me really cut ?? or should i just do whinny by itself ?? thanks alot

dude.... like he said before a strict diet and a good sound workout program will get u to where u want to be..... do higher reps like 12-20 with little rest between sets and figure out ur daily caloric intake and go from there to figure out ur carb, protein, and fat intake per meal.... but if u want to make it a little easier, clen with t3 works awsome..... the only prob, i would suggest takin some test prop with some eq and winny with the clen and t3 becuz t3 puts ur body in a catabolic state so i wouldnt take the t3 with clen alone becuz u can say bye bye muscle... go to a max muscle in ur area and if they are cool, they will help u out with ur diet....that is if u trust them u know....
